Thanks to being invited by Delamar Neighborhood Association to collaborate with them on a Neighborwoods/TreeNM grant, we have been awarded the grant! The program provides free trees to help keep our beloved North Valley tree canopy healthy, improve air quality, decrease heat and just generally improve our neighborhood. Planting is slated for the spring of 2025. Volunteers may come to your door to ask if you are interested in having a tree or two planted in your yard. Please, be open to talking with them. If you are interested in helping with talking with neighbors or planting trees, please, contact LGNA at: losgriegosna2022@gmail.com
